Support Parity
Two things we need from people already in the industry.
One costs an hour. The other compounds.
Speak to our members
An hour of your time.
We're looking for people working in banking, asset management, advisory and adjacent fields who are willing to give an hour.
The format is deliberately small: a call with our members, questions rather than a presentation. Nothing to prepare, nowhere to travel.
For most of our members it's the first conversation they've had with someone who actually does the job.
Giving
A gift here isn't spent.
Parity runs on the returns of its own assets. A donation doesn't cover one year of costs and disappear — it joins that capital base and funds the work every year after it.
Which makes giving here unusual: what matters isn't the size of the gift so much as the fact that it stays. Small amounts compound into something the association can plan around, rather than something it has to raise again next spring.
It stays
Donations are added to the association's assets. They aren't drawn down to cover a budget gap.
It's accounted for
Once a year we publish what the association holds and what the returns paid for.
It's named
Supporters are named on this site and in our annual report, with your logo wherever you want it — and we're glad to be named in yours.
